Our Terms and Conditions

Once you complete an application and pay for a course or event booking (beginner course, taster session, competition), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

• You are agreeing to attend the event you have applied for.
• Places will be booked on a first come first served basis.
• Burton Bridge Archers reserves the right to postpone any event if a minimum number of candidates are not met.
• Parking for vehicles is available, however Burton Bridge Archers and Washlands Sport Club will not take responsibility for any loss or damage whilst on the premises.
• Burton Bridge Archers has a cancellation policy as follows:

• If you must cancel your place on any event, the following timescales will be applied:
• Up to 6 weeks before the start of the event, 100% refunded.
• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, 50% refunded.
• Less than 2 weeks before the start of the event, 0% refunded.
• If you can find a substitute person to replace someone who cannot attend an event booking, the placed can be transferred to the new person, at no extra cost.
